THE FRICTION
The biopharmaceutical industry is structurally bogged down by monolithic, risk-averse R&D processes. This institutional inertia prevents promising medicine from reaching the market efficiently. Roivant possessed the operational model to resolve this, but their brand was failing to communicate its role as an intellectual catalyst, often appearing as a disorganized conglomerate rather than a unified engine of discovery.
THE DISTILLATION
We stripped away the complex, heavy aesthetics typical of legacy pharma. We engineered a visual and verbal system that prioritizes structural modularity. By developing a cohesive identity that allows for individual subsidiary expression while maintaining a strong, singular corporate anchor, we transformed the brand from a collection of parts into a scalable, intellectual framework.
