Roivant had cracked a structural problem that had slowed drug development for decades — the tension between the resources of a large pharma company and the agility required to actually move fast. The challenge was making that model legible to investors, partners, and talent without flattening the complexity that made it genuinely different.
We found the insight in the architecture itself: by breaking into focused, autonomous Vants, Roivant had essentially engineered entrepreneurialism into the drug discovery process. Everything we built treated structured agility as the design brief — an identity that carries the credibility of institutional scale while feeling as sharp and decisive as a startup. The result is a brand that makes a radical organisational model look like the only logical one.
